Our Guarantee At Zenora Spirit, your soul’s satisfaction is our priority. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging.

The Return Process (Critical) To ensure your refund is processed correctly, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us First: Email our support team at ZenoraSpirit@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization.

  2. Use Designated Address: Do NOT send returns to the address on your shipping label or the operator address in the footer. We will provide you with the exact Studio Return Address (in Nanjing) and a return code via email.

  3. Tracking: Returns must be sent with a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee a refund for items lost during return transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return at our studio, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.(Note: Unless the item is damaged or incorrect, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.)

Exchanges If you receive a damaged or incorrect crystal, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement immediately.
