Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At Zenora Spirit, your satisfaction is important to us. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition that you received it (unworn and unused).
  • It must have all original tags and be in its original packaging, including the pouch.
  • It must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, items that show visible signs of wear or use cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding.

How to Start a Return

Important:

  1. Prior Authorization: Returns must be authorized by our team before being sent back. Items sent back without a Return Authorization (RA) code will not be accepted.
  2. Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs (with tracking) to our international processing center in Nanjing, China. We strongly recommend using a reliable carrier with tracking, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost during return transit.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at ZenoraSpirit@gmail.com with a clear photo of the issue and the packaging. We will evaluate the situation and make it right at no extra cost to you.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.
