1. Order Preparation
Every order is carefully prepared and packaged before dispatch.
- Processing Time: 3–5 Business Days
- Custom or special pieces may require an additional 2 days for preparation.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide from our studio in Nanjing, China. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch:

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the link provided in the email.
4. Customs & Import Duties
All Zenora Spirit orders are shipped from China. Depending on your country, your order may be subject to local import duties or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about applicable rates before placing your order. Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to reroute parcels once dispatched, so please ensure all details are correct before completing your order.
