1. Sacred Preparation (Handling Time)
Every order undergoes a dedicated Cleansing Ritual before dispatch. This includes Sage smudging and Sound bath alignment to clear any stagnant energy.

Note: Custom or high-altar pieces may require an additional 2 days for energetic preparation.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer worldwide shipping from our administrative studio. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch:

3. Order Tracking
Once your crystals have been purified and handed to our courier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your soul-parcel directly through the link provided in the email.
4. Customs & Import Duties
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Zenora Spirit is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearing processes.
5. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Zenora Spirit cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
