Thank you for choosing Zenora Spirit. We are dedicated to delivering your natural crystals with the utmost care and spiritual respect.

1. Sacred Preparation & Processing Time Unlike mass-produced items, every Zenora Spirit piece undergoes a dedicated preparation period:

  • Energetic Cleansing (3-5 Business Days): To ensure your crystals reach you with pure, high-frequency energy, each piece is cleansed via sage smudging, moonlight charging, or sound bath alignment before dispatch.

  • Handmade Items: For custom or artisanal pieces, please allow an additional 2-3 days for crafting.

  • Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We provide worldwide shipping. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Total delivery time = Preparation (3-5 days) + Shipping transit time.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your item’s sacred preparation is complete and it has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information typically activates within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Zenora Spirit is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages & Issues Each crystal is inspected and carefully packed. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., crystals cracked during transit), please contact us immediately at ZenoraSpirit@gmail.com. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and all original packaging so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.
