Natural Stones: We use 100% natural crystals. Since no two stones are alike, variations in color, internal textures, and size are natural characteristics and not defects.
Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND MODIFICATIONS
Zenora Spirit reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per household. Your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes, customs, or import charges. You agree to provide current and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - PREPARATION AND SHIPPING
Order Processing (3-5 Business Days): Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. This 3-5 business day processing period is separate from the shipping time.
Shipping Estimates: Standard shipping (10-25 business days) and Express shipping (5-10 business days) are estimates provided by carriers. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, peak seasons, or local postal issues.
Risk of Loss: Once products are transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
Free Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is only applicable to orders totaling $99 USD or more (after discounts).
